Last minute decision to go eat. Lisa's was the first place to pop up. Food, service and atmosphere was awesome.

Seating was quick. A/c refreshing. Ordering food was done by efficient waitress. When food was presented it did not look appetizing due to a solid 3 inch rectangle of orange colored rice which was clumped together. A small circular container of whole beans with about 2 tblsps of beans looked ok. 2 tacos of chopped sirloin steak were chewy and tasted stale, but the meat was tender and overly salted.
