DO NOT GO TO HER FOR PERMS!!!!!! I was recommended to Lisa from my beautician that retired. My retired beautician said Lisa gave perms. She also explained that she could probably use the money. The first time I went her husband, who sits in the shop, said I would hate it. I should have listened to him! I suffered thru 3 perms wanting to give her the benefit of the doubt. MY MISTAKE! I basically threw away an $150.00 including tips for 3 bad perms! Every perm fried my hair because she did not use papers to wrap my hair! I eve... read more
