I scheduled a cleaning with Lisa’s Residential Cleaning Services and unfortunately they were a complete no-show. No call, no arrival, and no proper explanation. On top of that, the text communication leading up to the appointment was unprofessional, which already raised concerns. I rearranged my schedule expecting the appointment, so this was extremely frustrating. Reliability and professionalism are essential when hiring a cleaning service, and this experience fell far short.

I just called to get pricing and information. A rude man answered, said “no!” and just hung up! I doubled and tripled checked the number on both google and their website. It was the same number. You shouldn’t have someone so careless be in charge of your phone.

I hired Lisa to clean my condo in Huntington Beach and she did a great job and was able to get it done on time for new tenant. She responds back to messages very well, I Zelled Lisa more money than I was supposed to. She was very honest and sent it right back to me so I would definitely recommend her and use her again.

Lisa gave me a good price for weekly cleaning services. She did a very good job every week and was reliable, affordable and trustworthy. She was very friendly with me and my family and our two dogs
