Been a customer for over 40 years. One of the best places for subs, salads and Italian groceries. An icon of a place in Hoboken!
Not sure how you can mess up a brownie. Breakfast sandwich made me nauseous. Eggs were dry and pork was very very burnt.
First time customer. Ordered the muffuletta, which is quite unusual around these parts. Also, added prosciutto. Tons of meat and cheese. Great sandwich! Only criticism is the use of a tapenade. True muffuletta requires a proper olive salad. Easy fix. Anyway, reasonably priced compared to some of the other Hoboken sandwich joints. Quick delivery. Open Sundays.
Sandwiches are VERY hit or miss. I’ve had a great shrimp hero, but then the meatball parm was the saddest one I have ever had.
I love neighborhood places like this. Their sandwiches are my go to. I love the old school atmosphere.
