She cancelled my appointment without extending my Groupon's expiration date which she has the "power" and the responsibility to do. Very unprofessional. She said Groupon would refund me and no they won't, I have talked to them twice. I got the impression that she didn't want to honor the deal because it wasn't enough money. She lost a possible future regular client.
