The delivered arrangement was nothing like what was advertised online, and I was not even contacted about the delivery

85 dollars got me one rose… and not even in the colour I requested. The description on the website clearly said roses in the plural. Ugly filler flowers made up the majority. Wanted to do something special for my mom but ended up paying premium for a 20 dollar grocery quality arrangement. Very sad and disappointed. Will never be ordering from them again
