History Established in 1979. Founder, Lisa Eriksen opened the first location in Torrance off of Vista Montana and Pacific Coast Highway. This is where our legacy of amazing recipes including the popular chinese chicken salad all started. RecommendedAs an American raised in Palos Verdes, I used to always have the Chicken Salad all of the time! Now after 9 years living in Canada & everytime I come back to LA to visit, I always stop by to indulge into the deliciousness! But this time, I bought 4 dressings to bring back with me to Quebec! My Favorite is their cobb salad!! and the chicken salad is sooo good!!! of course the Chinese chicken salad is the most desired choice but please try everything here!!! there is not 1 bad choice. Your mouth will be satisfied!!
