I'm giving 4 stars because of Dr. Wildcatt and the select few other ARNPs (R. Gorbe) and some Doctors I can't recall her/their names who are kind and listen. It’s definitely not F.S. rude, dismissive, no bedside manners at all not pleasant nor approachable. And this was on more than one occasion although I was kind and polite towards her. I love Dr. Wildcatt. She is an amazing doctor but what I don’t understand is why her information is still under Pediatric Associates when she hasn’t been with this company in years. They still won’t tell you that she is gone and has been gone for years. She is with a whole different company. I only gave 5 stars because of who she is but not towards Pediatric Associates. Pediatric Associates gets a 3 star only from me.
It’s so frustrating to get an appointment over the phone , if I miss there call back sequence you can’t call back you have to make the line and be on hold all over again! I wish they can change that option!!
