My experience with doctor Welch and staff is always POSITIVE!!! 5 stars
Dr. Welch is one of the most rude and arguementive physicians that I have met. From day one, Dr. Welch has taken no accountability or offered an apology for incorrect scheduling and major delays in receipt of medication. On my first visit, I met with this physican yelling at me and arguing that I did not have an appointment. When discovered that it was the mistake of her front desk staff, her response was 'oh it was them, let's move on'. After this initial visit, each conversation has been combative with Dr. Welch. First Day There very rude and wouldn’t recommend her at all
To Whom This May Concern, I had the pleasure of visiting this facility today with a family member that's elder. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm and the office is under staff.You are speaking with someone to process you in by a tablet.The assistant call my family member back,took all her vitals and placed her in a room,the wait was 1 hour before,I walked out the room to find someone to ask how much longer. Knowledgeable, no nonsense and doesn't sugar coat "less than good news". Refers to specialists as neeeded. Phine lines tend to be very busy and sometimes a long wait to get a "person" on the line. I enjoyed having her as my primary physician.
You have to call to make an appointment but they never actually answer calls. Even if you are hold for 15 minutes, you still won't be helped. They prefer to hang up on people rather than answer the phone!
My experience with Dr welch was very great, she gets right down to the point and do a great job, very easy to talk to, great friendly staff.
Very professional and will not disappoint.
