I’ve had an ongoing disappointing experience with West Coast OBGYN, especially with Dr. Underwood. The communication has been consistently poor. Responses are extremely short, lack any helpful detail, and come across as indifferent. For a practice that charges for their time, the lack of effort is unacceptable. What makes it worse is knowing that Dr. Underwood has been much more responsive and helpful to friends and family. Dr. Lisa is the most caring and hands-on physician I've ever met. Aside from her skills and professionalism as a OBGyn I've never met an OBGyn who is very kind and warm. She made me feel secure and safe when I delivered my lil one back 2019. I also continued with her as my OBgyn for yearly wellness checkup. She respects and listens to her patients needs and concerns. She's the best ☺️
