I had Lisa Tucci as my PCP. I was referred to a weight loss program where I successfully lost 35# and dropped my A1C from 6.2 (pre-diabetic) to 5.5 (safely out of that range). Lisa left the practice with no notice to me. No notice, no PCP, goodbye helpful program. No one in her office will renew the very simple pre-authorized referral form. No one in her office can take me on as my new PCP. I can call around and wait to see a stranger at another NWAP office - three months from now. If I'm lucky. So...I'm SOL. Thanks Lisa. I hate going to the doctor; that being said, Lisa Tucci was friendly, professional and helpful. She offered an open dialog on health issues, as opposed to dictating her opinion. I had a great experience and was sad to hear she is leaving this practice.

Absolutely awful experience. Over the course of seeing her for a year, each time was over a 15 minute wait for my appointment. I understand things get behind but these were even appointments early in the day. And once I was seen, it always felt rushed. I clocked one appointment at 5 minutes where blood test results were not even explained to me. The final straw was my last appointment where I was offered a flu shot. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for over $100 for that single shot because it was "out of network".... read more

Lisa is awesome very helpful and very communicative. She is definitely highly recommended!!!!
