I have been a customer for a couple of years but am dropping them because of their unethical cancellation policy. Their website does not reflect a $25 cancellation fee but they are charging me $25 because I had to cancel due to a cancer emergency! I'll let BBB contact them as well.
I traveled 45 minutes to see Rachel. Besides the fact her service is well worth the trip, so is her laid back personality. Rachel never disappoints. I will be back.
