I worked with Lisa Tharp Design and was left disappointed. The process was riddled with rescheduled meetings, inconsistent communication, and errors in the drawings. Several details we had agreed upon were overlooked entirely, causing additional expenses and delays. For a firm with such a polished reputation, I expected precision and professionalism. Instead, the project felt rushed and disorganized, and the result lacked the thoughtful details I was promised. The experience didn’t justify the premium cost.
Lisa Tharp Design expertly and thoughtfully transformed our space into a heavenly refuge. Their process was enjoyable and the team was completely transparent about deadlines and costs. Further, their unique and personalized intake program insured our space would reflect our personalities and our individual use of the space.
