Dr. Skinner is by far the most kind and compassionate physician. She listens to your concerns and always has something encouraging to take with you. I would recommend her to any woman who is seeking a healthcare provider. I recently visited her at her new location in Beckley, WV. All of her staff was friendly and helpful.
