I have seen Dr. Shin as an optometrist for over 10 years. She has always been trustworthy, efficient, and thorough in her exams. She truly cares about patient's eye health and their needs. She has always been willing to work with patients over extensive amounts of time to ensure their satisfaction and happiness with their eye care and the products sold in the office. I trust in Dr. Shin's judgement and advice when it comes to eye health and corrective products that will work well for me.

Dr. Shin is always warm and caring with my kids--12 and 14 years old--and is especially effective at working with my son who has autism. I appreciate her standard of care and like that I have a picture of my kids' eye health throughout their lives. I trust her to make the correct diagnosis and to have competitive prices for glasses and contact lenses.

Rude Staff - I don't put up with that level of sarcasm at my home. Filthy office - someone needs to drop a dumpster outside the door and get busy; highly recommend hiring a service to clean up that mess. Antiquated equipment: some investments needs to be added to the practice - 2016 offers much more modern ways of conducting eye exams. Do Not Recommend

I've been going there for years since it's convenient, no more. Over the years,I was misinformed about my benefits and it cost me a lot. They said that insurance covers glasses remakes for 30 days, the truth is that the insurance gives 6 months! They claimed that my insurance does not cover the remakes for the reasons I presented - not true; so I waited till after January 1st and used new benefits or I paid out of my pocket. Call the insurance for info if you want the correct info!
