Food is tasty
Finally after several failed attempts to find quality care for my child, we found Dr. Sheehan. The front desk staff is amazing. Whenever we have needed something, whether through a phone call or the patient portal, our needs were met in a timely manner. Dr. Sheehan listens and takes a genuine interest in the care of her patients. We have loved this practice and the care we have received! Highly recommend.
Dr. Sheehan was originally helpful. However, there were problems after. Her front office staff was rude and unpleasant. Also, Dr. Sheehan was reluctant to assist with changing medicines for my loved one and finding affordable options and options with less side effects. I communicated to her these things and seems like it was in vain. Multiple times the medications wen to the wrong pharmacy or were called in when they were past unaffordable.
