Had a bad cold or allergy. Was able to get in to see Dr Grubb he diagnosed my problem perfectly and was able to help me quickly. His skill level is very high as well as his personality who cares very much about making your wellness a top priority doctor with a great skill level. He is is very patient centric and cares about his patients.
We are in search of dr Shannon. Can someone please advise as to her new office location.

I have been going to Dr. Briles for 20 years. He is the absolute best MD i have ever been to. I will not go see any other physician. I have been a RN for 44 years.
When did it become acceptable to have to call your GP to find out your test results from WEEKS ago? And have the RECEPTIONIST call you back to give you these results. So unprofessional and disheartening. My fiancée went to Dr.Grubb for concerns about his health and didn't get any answers. Don't you usually set up a return visit to sit down and go over the results and ask questions and understand your health better? Where is doctor Shannon’s new office???
Office is completely inefficient and staff unfriendly. Appointments are nearly impossible to make. He tells people who are sick to go to the emergency room or a walk-in clinic. What good is being an established patient?!
Would not recommend. Wastes most of appointment time focused on anything but the patient, rambling on with stories about himself. That is, IF you can get an appointment—this office usually tries to send any caller needing attention soon to a walk-in clinic or ER. They are abominable about trying to work in a sick patient. Nothing about being established with a physician applies here: you’re going to be blown off by a rude staff member and sent elsewhere unless your appointment was booked weeks in advance. The worst!
