Dr. Shannon is exceptional. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, personable and totally invested in her patients. I would and do recommend her to anyone. You won’t find a better doctor.
This is not a review for Dr Shannon. She is wonderful. My husband had a 2:00 pm appointment with her. We sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After watching numerous people get called...we had been there before all of them, I inquired at the desk to see if he was forgotten and the receptionist asked if we knew Dr Shannon wasn’t in the office today. Obviously we did not or we wouldn’t have shown up. They had checked him in under her name when we arrived!!! How unprofessional!
Dr Lisa Shannon is wonderful , caring, very professional. Listens to ur concerns.. spends time eith you going over ur medical stuff. U can get in the same day tour sick. Refers u to whoevever u need to see in a timely fashion.. you never wait long in the reception area or the room. The staff is excellent.. i recommend everyone to her.. if u want a caring professional Lisa is the one...

Would not recommend. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone, mailbox is always full and when you do manage to leave a message no one ever calls back.

I’ve had several visits with Dr. Shannon over the past year for a variety of health issues, some very minor and some not. She has always been thorough in gathering information, defining the issue and resolving it, or referring me to any needed specialists. She is knowledgable, friendly, and caring. I would absolutely recommend her as a PCP!

Terrible experience! If you don't need any prescriptions you might be ok but if you have any health problems don't go here! They will NOT fill your prescriptions and they will NOT return your calls. Also keep terrible records. They had no idea what prescriptions they had prescribed in the past.
Doctor does not consider what the patient is saying when determining the diagnosis. This led to a misdiagnosis. Upon contacting the doctor a couple times to advise of the worsening condition, the doctor seemed annoyed and did not consider any new diagnosis. The doctor quickly dismissed the patient. Patient was advised by nurse (not related to this practice to go to the ER.) The patient had a severe infection, and was placed on antibiotics by the ER doctor.

Not spend ample time with patient and results of blood work not explained correctly, only to be clarified/ explained by Dr. with another paid visit. I will bring results to my gyn. who cares, makes sure she takes time to know her patients/ history, and is very thorough.
