I have no problem on Dr Sevignys practice. But the office staff is terrible. If you have a copay, they will say "20 dollar". There is no please or other choice. I visited Lahey Clinic several times, they asked for copay like, "do you want to take care copay today or next time?"Second, if you have a question, the staff, in most cases, will say "hold on". This practice is terrific, they have very caring doctors and NPs, a decent wait time and an excellent triage nurse. They are very efficient while still taking the time to listen to concerns about your child. They are recommended without hesitation!
