They were very quick, polite, and made me feel comfortable through the divorce procedure. Priced unbelievably fair for the average person. Every thing was quick and easy. *** I have just been informed that Ashley was running a scam out of the office. I have no idea if my divorce was processed but am now in the process of finding out.
These people are a joke. Like previous post, they take your money and don't do anything. The whole thing is a scam!
Is this office still open? Hired this office to file my divorce and paid in advance. I have been calling for A MONTH and only get voicemail. I have left several messages but no one has called me back yet!!! Update: Finally received a FB message from her and was informed that she WOULD NOT be refunding my money or offering any help whatsoever then SHE BLOCKED ME FROM CONTACTING HER!!! I don't know what happened to Lisa Scruggs, I never met her. Her office is being used as a Fraudulent business by Ashley Chaney! She took my money up front, my wife and I signed the necessary paperwork and were supposed to be divorced in 60 days. The phone has been disconnected and the office is up for sale now. No papers were ever filed in the court. Niw nobody can be found! The Tupelo police department is not interested! The Mississippi state Bar association, can only take complaints. There really is no recourse!
Tupelo Ms office is a joke !! Young girl can't answer phone and I still haven't got no fault divorce in 60 days. It's been over 90 days. Tried calling last week and today and no answer. Ashley needs to be at office when she suppose to.
