I've seen Dr. Knapp for years and have recommended her to all of my friends. They all love her, too. Just like the previous review, I feel like I'm talking to a trusted friend. She takes the time to truly listen, and doesn't act rushed or annoyed, even though she is extremely busy and needs to get to her next patient. She makes me have faith in the health care system, even though they put strict time limits on seeing a patient based on their needs. When first diagnosed with heart disease (a. fib not due to a heart valve defect), and 'joined' Pro HealthCare, my cardiologist was Dr. Cullinane, with whom I was very satisfied. Subsequently, when Dr. Cullinane moved on, I was referred to Dr. Schmitz. I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am with Dr. Schmitz. During my initial visit, I explained my history and mentioned I had quit smoking a few years back and gained weight. I thought she was listening. But a few minutes later she asked me if I smoke. Needless to say, I never went back to her. We all want a doctor that listens to us.

Dr. Lenz, Sue and their entire team are wonderful health care providers! We were very lucky that at the time, Dr. Lenz had room for us as new patients. She truly cares for her patients well being, and she listens to all of our concerns. Very rare in this fast paced world:)

I can't praise Dr Knapp enough! I have been going to her for over 20 years. She listens to understand her patients. Every time I go to see her I feel as though she is a trusted friend.

An amazing personality, Dr. Faris is completely relatable and has a way of explaining everything understandably. He is calming and reassuring while always taking every necessary consideration seriously. I hope we never have to move because it would be impossible to find another pediatrician like him.

I needed to find a primary physician closer to work to do my biometrics screening. Not only did I feel shamed and belittled for my fitness level, but regarding a separate question I asked, she casually responded that I might have an incurable disease without any medical reason to suggest it. I was left sobbing in the exam room and was beyond humiliated. I've had terrible experiences with doctors before, but none of them have made me cry in public. At least nurses/lab techs were kind.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Dewire and his practice yesterday 08/06/18 and was very happy and impressed. I found Dr. Dewire to be both personable and professional as was his assistant, Chris. The reception person was friendly and efficient. Due to a recent move I was coming from another urology practice and my experience here went above and beyond my expectation.
