I was so excited when we found Dr. Faris. He seemed to genuinely care about the health of my children and seemed very informed (and not pushy) about medications. Well my child had a serious drug reaction and Dr. Faris has refused to acknowledge it, report it, or to answer my questions and concerns. My OBGYN is wonderful and she listens to my concerns and fears. I was taken seriously. This time I was believed and I finally came to the realization and acceptance I have PTSD from that event. And now I feel like I can leave this review about her, because potential patients need and have the right to know. Shame on Dr. Brooks. Now I'm ever more furious this happened to me and I hope potential patients avoid her, especially if they have to get a pap smear done. Needless to say I never went to Dr Brooks again after that. I waited for 30 minutes past our appointment time. She apparently was familar with my chart but not the whole hsitory. I do have a serious situation that requires detailed current and historical knowledge. She did not have it. As i do with all important appointments i look for a written copy of my visit summary, findings and diagnosis. I've waited almost three weeks and contacted the doctors office twice. No documentaion. Office staff says she closed the file without and visit notes. Seems that she is just 'winging it' when ... read more

Awesome cardiologist! She listens intently and asks detailed questions to truly understand your issues. Great bedside manner and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I would, and have referred her.

I've seen Dr. Knapp for years and have recommended her to all of my friends. They all love her, too. Just like the previous review, I feel like I'm talking to a trusted friend. She takes the time to truly listen, and doesn't act rushed or annoyed, even though she is extremely busy and needs to get to her next patient. She makes me have faith in the health care system, even though they put strict time limits on seeing a patient based on their needs. When first diagnosed with heart disease (a. fib not due to a heart valve defect), and 'joined' Pro HealthCare, my cardiologist was Dr. Cullinane, with whom I was very satisfied. Subsequently, when Dr. Cullinane moved on, I was referred to Dr. Schmitz. I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am with Dr. Schmitz. During my initial visit, I explained my history and mentioned I had quit smoking a few years back and gained weight. I thought she was listening. But a few minutes later she asked me if I smoke. Needless to say, I never went back to her. We all want a doctor that listens to us.

Dr. Lenz, Sue and their entire team are wonderful health care providers! We were very lucky that at the time, Dr. Lenz had room for us as new patients. She truly cares for her patients well being, and she listens to all of our concerns. Very rare in this fast paced world:)
