Lisa's team does a wonderful job! They are responsive if there is ever anything I would like for them to focus on, and my favorite part is that they are so very reliable. I honestly don't even have to think about my house getting clean - I know I can count on it happening exactly when it always does, and the product is always excellent. If I could give a zero stars, I would. I was a first time client. They were 20 minutes late, but that wasn't the issue. Within 5 minutes of their arrival, one of the cleaners picked up a crystal item and dropped it on the floor. It broke in five pieces. I heard it happen and waited to see how long it would take for them to notify me. Lisa’s team does a good job. They’re hard working and never in the way. We’re usually the last job of the day, and they often arrive later than our scheduled time. Lisa’s good about letting me know. Satisfied customer!
A big reason why I use Lisa’s is because I don’t want different strangers coming to my house every week. Family run business. The ladies are worth the wait.
Lisa’s ladies were so helpful immediately postpartum we still enjoy having them come to the clean the house! They are so friendly & happy when they come & the place looks great every time.
