I had my wedding dress altered at Lisa Rose. I was very nervous to have the skirt cut from floor length to just above the knee, but it was perfect! They were professional and efficient and made it easy for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

In 2009 Lisa fixed a butchered job on my sister's wedding dress at a very reasonable rate and a fast turnaround, and I've never been anywhere else since! She has done my wedding dress, a few bridesmaid dresses, and more. Satisfied with every one.

Very good service. The only complaint I have is that a dark color thread was left on the top side of my ivory dress and I noticed it the day of my wedding.
Lisa is absolutely wonderful to work with!!! I had her do some alterations to my wedding gown, including a hem, sewing on a belt and tacking a large bow on the back. Lisa pays such great attention to detail and she’s not satisfied until you are 100% happy. Her staff members are both professional and courteous and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Lisa Rose Alterations and will continue to use her for all my alteration needs!

Got a bridesmaid dress altered there. Dropped it off and was sized. I paid and asked for receipt and the girl said it was noted paid. Picked it up and it had stains on it, which looked like coffee. The proceeded to get into a 10 minute argument because they wanted to say I didn't pay. Will never use them again. I specifically tell people to NOT to go there.

I am very sorry for the bad experience you had at our shop. If i am made aware of your dissatisfaction with something we have done i would have worked with you to make it right. In reguards to the "coffee" no one that works on formals drinks coffee there. And we do not have formal orders prepaid because sometimes there may be simething else we need to do with them after a fitting so we leave the ticket open until it is picked up. Lisa was INCREDIBLE. I had my wedding dress butchered by a seamstress in downtown Cinci who told me, after I wasn't satisfied with the fit of the dress, to not worry about it and just "be happy". What?! Aaahhh! Lisa to the rescue! With only 1 1/2 weeks to go before my wedding, Lisa undid the damage the other seamstress did and made sure my dress fit me PERFECTLY. She was professional, kind and quick. And her prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!
