6/1/23 fell on my back. could not get in to Kaiser until 6/23/23. Saw Lisa Livingston and told her I had fallen and had a bad rash. She sat in her computer chair and did no physical exam. She did not watch me walk or check my back. Sent me off telling me to taking over the counter meds for pain and the rash. 7/4/23 still in pain went to Emergency Room and a CT was done revealing a fracture at C5, T10 and T12.
