Dr. Lisa Kroopf staff scheduled an appointment for my partner last Tuesday, which was then rescheduled to Friday morning. My partner rearranged her work schedule to make time for this important visit. She wasn’t expecting medication—just a clear plan, and possibly an MRI or X-ray. My mom had a Kyphoplasty surgery done by Dr. Lisa Kroopf 2 weeks ago. We could not be happier! My 84 year old mom suffered 2 compression fractures in her vertebrae. She was in extreme pain which greatly reduced her quality of life. Luckily we found Dr. Kroopf who was able to perform the Kyphoplasty resulting in immediate pain relief. This review is mostly about the PA Shelby, as I never even got to see Dr Kroopf. Shelby was nice enough during the appointment, but she completely dropped the ball when it came to diagnostics. She wanted me to do an MRI, but never actually sent the order or paperwork (which I found out when my MRI was cancelled). It took her 3 weeks to just send the order, and multiple weeks after that to send the documents they needed (almost 2 full months), despite repeated calls. The office was welcoming and the staff were very helpful and caring. The doctor really listened to me after so many others haven’t. I really liked her. I think she is going to be able to help my pain get better. Now I am undergoing hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy with Dr. Kroopf and it is really helping me. Dr. Kroopf is really good at thinking outside the box and is always looking for new ways to treat my pain. I highly recommend her!
I was in a lot of pain when I came. With the procedure they did I am no longer in pain
