I would give zero if allowed . After using Dr. Zablocki for over 20 years and 4 children, I needed one favor. I needed my oldest sons immunization records for college. All I received was attitude from the receptions (who I will not call out by name). So surprised people just can't do their job without issue. So surprised, because I had more respect for Dr. Zablocki, thinking she wouldn't tolerate this in her office. What a disappoint after all these years of being a loyal to this doctor.
