My mother has been trying to schedule an appointment for several weeks now. The office staff has told her they are waiting on a referral from her primary. Her primary has stated the referral has been sent on 2 different occasions and will be sent again. If a patient needs to see an endocrinologist one would think it’s important to do so timely. Office staff hasn’t been very helpful!
Went to Dr. Hays for years, until recently, when my thyroid medication prescription was put on hold because they said I needed a follow-up appointment. Walgreens informed me of this, not my doctor. I was never informed that I was due for an appointment, and my cell phone number that they have has never changed. Left messages for her nurse with no response. So, I decided to contact a new endocrinologist. My new doctor contacted her Dr. Hays/her medical center for my records and they don't have any record of seeing me. I tried... read more
Dr. Hays is by far the best Endocrinologist I have ever seen. I see her twice a year and although she has hundreds of patients she remembers everything about our previous visits.
I am happy I am back yay!
