Lisa is absolutely amazing allowing us to submit a contract, secure a loan and close all within 2 weeks. She responded quickly and worked to get us the best deal. I would highly recommend Lisa for your real estate needs.

I just sold my first house with Lisa. Selling your first home is a bittersweet experience in and of itself. Add in some unexpected repairs and a closing date that COULD NOT be moved, and you have the roller coaster ride Lisa and I went on together during this process. If you want an agent who will go above and beyond for you, call Lisa. Her tireless efforts and encouraging words are the only reason why I got through all of this with my sanity intact. I highly recommend Lisa Perry for your real estate needs!

We are BEYOND grateful that we had Lisa Perry on our team to get us to the finish line. From the original listing, the staging, arranging photographer, numerous open houses, our unrelenting requests for market data, and her unwaivering patience, dedication, responsiveness at all hours, and all through the negotiations...she brought us to close. Many friends came through with lawn... read more
