Lisa is an excellent relator, very smart and knows how to list a home. Some folks will try and throw a Hail Mary and list big and then it ends up sitting and no one wants to touch. Lisa looked at the area crafted a smart asking price which was like chum in the water and sparked people to into huge bidding war getting us 30k over asking. A much smarter play driving down the field instead of high risk going for it all. Highly recommend her for your list, because above all she was very easy to work with.
