Lisa took a very caring approach. Lisa listened to my concerns and made my experience very relaxing and comfortable. I will be returningfor more appointments. She definitely created the beat massage experience I have ever had in all of Portland.
I have recommended Lisa to everyone I know. I had debilitating tension headaches before seeing her and she literally saved my life. I see her once a month and her knowledge is extensive. She is a lifesaver.
Knowledgeable, professional, comfortable, and intuitive. Understands the mechanics of injury and pain to help address issues...or to provide a world-class rub down. She's able to suss out tight and tender areas that I didn't even realize were an issue. After a session I always float out ready to tackle the world. I also appreciate her ability to instruct on stretches and exercises to do at home between sessions. Bonus: parking is a breeze.
I see Lisa for muscular therapy. She has an intuitive ability to locate and correct muscular pain and discomfort. I have been seeing Lisa for years because she is able to improve the quality of my life each time she works with/on me.
