Had an amazing experience getting my hair done today. Erica Mckissick was so attentive, detail-focused, and made sure everything came out perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a stylist who truly cares about their clients and their hair I’m absolutely in love with it

Went by there today to get a haircut or set up an appointment. Receptionist walked to the back to see if anyone had an opening. Walked back and asked if I had been anywhere else for a haircut, that they didn’t have any openings. Told her no I hadn’t been anywhere else, could I set up an appointment. She walked to the back again and asked about an appointment. Then told me that they were not accepting any more male clients. Beautiful store, beautiful employees, but a privileged attitude.

Called twice to get an appointment. They took my name and phone number twice, and said they would talk to the girls and get back to me. Never did. Guess they aren’t accepting new customers, so would recommend avoiding this one and their bad manners. I’m new to town and by doing this, really giving a bad reputation to your business. I’ll go to another salon downtown that’s happily accepting new customers. 👍☺️

Haley is the absolute best. The salon is beautiful and comfortable. The phone charging station was great. I was very comfortable.
