Wow, finally a doctor with an excellent bedside manner. She is so kind and caring, you do not feel rushed, you feel heard and understood. She is top notch.
Dr Thayer is a caring, understanding person. When our family dr. retired about 10 yrs ago now we were placed with dr. Thayer. What a great find for our family as Kaiser is a big HMO and Dr. Thayor makes you feel like it's a small practice.
Almost impossible to get an appointment with in a reasonable amount of time. I got bleach in my eye and asked for a referral to an eye doctor for prescriptions glasses and she wouldnt give me a referral until I saw her first, but her next appointment was TWO MONTHS out. The same thing is happening now. I'm covered in hives and I'm in massive uncomfort, it's so itchy and she wont let me see a dermatologist until I see her but shes not available for TWO MONTHS. Never answers the phone either.
