We've been seeing Dr. Shimada for the past three years. Before this, we used Costco but didn't feel like we were really getting good eye care. Dr. Shimada knows how to work with your insurance to get you the most comprehensive eye care and maximize your benefits. She's helped me pick out lenses that will benefit me most with my line of work and maintain overall eye health. Saturday appointments make it easy to be seen without having to take a day off.
Dr. Shimada is very warm and personable. She took the time to develop a relationship and was thorough and attentive. Elizabeth in the front office was very patient and followed through on my quirky insurance issues and was very welcoming. The tech that did my fitting was very friendly and attentive. I will be a lifelong patient of Dr. Shimada and definitely recommend this office to anybody that needs a good eye doctor.
