I was extremely disappointed with this realtor. It turns out I bought a house that the septic system was failing..as a first time home buyer I was completely unaware that a separate inspection for the septic system should have been done. A realtor's job is to protect their client. Not just show up for their commission check. Regardless of whether you've been doing it a year or 20 years, a realtor should know and strongly urge a client to do a septic inspection in addition to the home inspection.
