I worked with Lisa Manning as court-appointed appellate counsel for my husband and was disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to obtain updates and clarity, responses were delayed or incomplete, and key aspects of the case were not handled as expected. We were just discussing this attorney. She was appointed for my husband in 2013. She would promise him one thing and completely flip in court. When asked about it, became very rude and dismissing.
