My grandson had an appointment yesterday afternoon. The way things were handled were very unprofessional. She couldn’t hear anything that was being said during the appointment and Lindsay was extremely unprofessional. I appreciate the apology today after my daughter called their office but no new mother should ever endure the unprofessionalism and rudeness . I do not recommend this doctor and will be seeking a new doctor. Thank you

I came to this clinic in 2019. In my very first appointment I had quite a few cavities due to my family not being able to afford the dentist when I was growing up. She proceeded to tell me, in the harshest tone ever, "If you don't take care of your teeth I'm not even gonna fix them." Flash foward to a year later, the appointment that made me never go back. I had never had an issue with going to this dentist until recently. I do not have the luxury of her getting a babysitter every time I have an appointment for my children. My oldest had an appointment so course my younger 2 went along with me they have always gone with me to all my appointments in order to keep my children healthy I make regular appointments for them this being one of them.
