UW is the only health care system I fully test with my life ! I have had several surgery performed the this health care staff. I have nothing but good to say on every out come. The staff is awesome from top to bottom. For that I say well done UW well done & thank you.
Dr Kruse's staff is top notch. Very thorough and understanding of my my disabling condition. However; Dr Kruse came in, barely looked at my hands then told me there's nothing to be done, dismissed my concerns and ignored my symptoms despite the obvious. Was not compassionate, kind or understanding in the least. I left in tears.
Came here for a 2nd opinion hopefully I can get pain relief without surgery or pain killers,Dr.Cruz gave me a steroid injection fingers crossed that works!
Dr. Kruse is fantastic. She has performed surgery 3 times on 4 different fingers (trigger finger), and also works with my thumb arthritis, so far with steroid shots, but also makes me aware of surgery options and makes sure I’m using the PT tools/exercises. The only challenge is getting an appointment, which can take a while. But worth it!
