Dr. Bodon has been my doctor for many years, and I truly appreciate her knowledge, care, and the way she listens to her patients. She is the main reason I continue to come back, and I trust her medical judgment. That said, the front desk and overall follow-up still need improvement. Holy moly. I've called about 7 times over three days, emailed the doctor, and still can't figure out how I'm supposed to set up an appointment. I'm deciding to drive an hour to see somebody else. FYI I finally got a person on the phone (who immediately put me on hold) after I called about ten times in a row with a few seconds of rest in between. SO if you're a current patient who can't get any support, I recommend this method. If you're not a patient yet, consider going elsewhere.

Dr Bodon herself is great. However, I’m gonna start looking for a new Dr because of her staff. It takes days and multiple calls to get anyone on the phone. Leaving a message does not help either because nobody ever calls back. You have to call continuously and I don’t have time for that. Extremely disappointed!

I've been with Dr Bodon for many years, since she's been in the desert practically. She is very professional and caring. I do recommend to everyone in need of such service.

The staff is so amazing and prompt. Lisa is very transparent and willing to help you don’t find many doctors to take the time to listen and hear what you’re going through very much appreciate.
