Best I saw in Vegas.
It has been awhile to make calls specially looking for Good Family Doctor or even a good person to talk to over the phone . Most customer service on the other line is not friendly or concern or not even sensitive BUT with SAMANTHA… she’s all above and beyond and most of all you can tell from her voice that she just don’t work there for Paychex but she is knowledgeable ‼️‼️‼️ I hope they keep her forever and that her coworker can learn something from her or to each other about customer service because as for me I’m been in th... read more
She’s a fantastic doctor! She listened to all my concerns and helped me with each of them. Yes, there is a wait to see her but it’s worth it. Her staff is also super friendly. Best doctor in Vegas hands down.
I always wait a minimum of 25 minutes past my appointment time and that’s just to have the nurse leave me in an exam room for a minimum of another 15 minutes. I basically have to take half a day to see the doctor here. This place is clearly over scheduled and understaffed. Dr. Lyons is an ok doctor, but not the best I’ve had in other cities.
