Terrible experience walked in 8:10am for new patient appointment, I missed my turn and had to turn around as it was the first time going there and it was raining really bad, I stand in line for 10 minutes or more when there was only me and the other person in front of me, finally someone comes to help the other check in receptionist and tells me to go ahead and sit down, I wait another 10 minutes then a manager or someone comes out to tell me I arrived passed the 10 minute window and to reschedule.
