From the moment Lisa Kneram listed our house, she started advising us on how to prepare the home for showing. That involved little things like having some wallpaper removed, and some painting touchup work. Soon after she had it advertised in several publications. Then the showings began, and then the contract. She stayed involved from beginning to end, advising us of the status at all times.
