This is the doctor that declined my request to insurance to cover my insulin, a LIFE SUSTAINING DRUG. My endocrinologist (i.e A DIABETES SPECIALIST) sent in a prior authorization request to cover my insulin brand - the only brand that works for me. This doctor moonlights on the side for Cigna and probably spent all of 30 seconds reviewing my situation before declining coverage. A disgusting
I was rushed she was rude. She changed medicine without telling me why or what she was changing it to. She is not honest and would never refer anyone to her.
Fat shaming, uncaring, want to rush you out and not listen ir care at all. Never have I ever left a drs office so depressed and down about myself.
Totally unacceptable. I normally do not see this doctor at ARC, but my doctor was not available. I wish I had just waited for my regular doctor because my experience with her was horrible. I have never wrote a review about a doctor in my life, but I strongly felt I needed to for this one. I have been under the care of Dr. Clemons for a while now. at Blackstock Clinic. I was in the hospital for 12 days and her care team took excellent care of me. I would like to say thank you.
