Office staff is rude and this office is only interested in getting your insurance payment and co-pay while doing as little as possible. The corporate greed leaves the patient as the afterthought. Do no harm is not something you can expect here.

We are so pleased with Dr Kassenoff! She always gets us in whenever we have any issues, and she is so sweet to both me and my girls. Occasionally the waiting room gets a little backed up, but its worth the wait. I feel like she listens to all of my concerns and addresses everything in a timely manner. She's even made follow up calls personally to see how we were doing!

i went to see the de very poor visit. waited fifteen minutes in empty lobby another 10 minutes in check up room only to have to deal with the nurse then wait another 10 minutes for dr to come in with medical student and waste more time conversing with both. lousy office handling and poor practice.

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. They were not friendly nor courteous. The wait is too long. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour, then I was taken to patient room for another hour. I didn't feel like a person but a number. Dr. does not return calls. If you need an apt immediately for an issue, they will tell you that you need to go to the nearest Urgent Care Center, because they will not see you even though they are open and available. It overall was a HORRIBLE experience.

The office staff is rude. The wait is long. The doctor spends 98% of her time with you typing on a computer. I've been told to go to an Urgent Care facility if I couldn't wait a week to come in. This happened on multiple occasions. What is the sense of having a physician if you can't see them when you need to? I stayed because I do like the doctor. Unfortunately, the practice now feels like a cold corporation instead of a place to recieve care.
