I know longer need to see Dr. Jacobs. She was dismissive of my request for a MRI or a MRI mammogram so a breast cancer recurrence that could have been detected early and treated was not until it was metastatic stage 4. She didn't even think I needed an ultrasound which I was entitled to and all women who have had breast cancer should have in the very least. Dr. Lisa Jacobs is a professional, medical, skilled Angel in human form! After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I was frightened and thought my life was over. Dr. Jacobs was patient with me and answered all my questions, and never appeared to be rushed in our meetings. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Jacobs as my doctor. She explained the process to me thoroughly and had me weigh all my options. I initially went to see her with my mind already made up as far as what surgical procedure I wanted and she implored that I seek out my options. There was no pressure or judgment from her when it came to my decision. She’s very straightforward, which is a quality in a doctor I appreciate.
