I was a patient here and paid out of pocket for my visits. Several months after I stopped being seen, my card on file was charged for an alleged outstanding balance. When I requested documentation or an itemized bill, I was not provided anything to verify the charge. This experience caused unexpected financial stress and left me feeling uncomfortable with the billing practices.
