Egoscue postural therapy with Lisa is truly life changing. I have had Meniscus surgery on my knee and was told thatI would need knee replacement surgery. I had to quit running and I was in constant pain. The egoscue method reduced my pain to almost nothing, I take no pain medication and I have not had to have surgery. I have enjoyed working with Lisa Hiller since late January. When I first met her, I was struggling with a particularly bad bout of the muscular skeletal pain that I have had for years.
