My fiancé and I were looking at a property in Vermont listed by this agent. There is a large bow/curve in one of the foundation walls. The side wall of the house has also taken the same bowing shape of the foundation wall. The agent who is also the owner is denying that there is a problem with the foundation. I did my due diligence and contacted and emailed pictures to 2 foundation contractors and 2 different builders that have told me that the foundation wall is reason for concern.
