Speed is their biggest concern. Owner/manager had one song on a loop. We asked for a different channel. Difficult to understand nail techs. Staff was friendly. My gel nails manicure was not the best quality & technique. My sister's was professional. Both of our pedicures were nice & felt great. Decorative nail designs were okay. The chairs gave a great massage. We had hoped for better.
