I am in shock and disbelief about how rude Lisa was. I started the call by telling her how another Mom had spoken very highly of her from a FB group I am in and referred me. I called to discuss a custody modification order as a new client and she spoke to me with such disrespect and disdain, even raising her voice. Who treats a potential new client like that.
